In modular ducting systems, choosing the right type of flange can greatly simplify the installer’s work. Among the ROS Ducting options, split flanges and slotted-hole flanges —both available on request— offer specific advantages that facilitate assembly and ensure a secure connection.

Split Flanges: Ideal for Pre-Installed Ducts

Split flanges serve the same purpose as standard flanges but are made of two halves. This allows them to be fitted directly onto ducts with rolled edges already assembled, without needing to dismantle any part of the installation. They are especially useful when, during assembly, it becomes clear that a joint needs reinforcement.
